About Us

Overview

The KU-KIST Graduate School of Converging Science and Technology is a specialized graduate school established by Korea University (KU)-Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) by introducing the academic-affiliated professor system for the first time in Korea. We educate the world's best talents in convergence science and technology through inter-institutional convergence and interdisciplinary convergence with BT, IT, and NT.

Features of this graduate school

To educate professional personnel with both theory and practice, we pursue research and development of pure theory and practical theory in a balanced way.
We present a model for inter-institutional convergence and education/research by introducing the academic-affiliated professor system at KU-KIST.
We pursue research and education with advanced medical technology in BT, IT, and NT.
